Kay Paschal, along with her husband, was the founder and owner for 25 years of two private preschools in Atlanta. During that time she was a board chair on the Georgia Child Care Association as well as a monthly op/ed contributor for 15 years in publications across Atlanta, including the AJC, on parenting trends as well as business topics. Upon retiring, Kay wrote an award-winning book, Insert Giggle Giggle, Laughing Your Way through Raising Kids and Running a Business, that mixes sound advice from her years of observations and experience with a lot of giggles as she admits that the advice she gave to thousands of parents she did not always follow herself in raising her two boys and how that may (or may not!) have worked out. Kay is a frequent guest on popular parenting and women's podcasts, speaks and exhibits at numerous conferences, blogs on SUBSTACK, runs her own podcast, and is putting finishing touches on her second book targeting social, cultural, and topics of interest to women, not specific to moms, due out in 2027.
