Nesha Pai

Nesha is a CPA, professional speaker, award-winning author, and founder and CEO of Pai CPA. As a single mother, she built her firm from her kitchen table with one client and no backup plan. Today, it provides accounting and financial oversight for more than 80 businesses generating over $200 million in combined annual revenue.

An Arthur Andersen alum, Nesha built one of the country’s first fully remote, cloud-based outsourced accounting firms, creating opportunities for women, especially mothers returning to the workforce. She was named one of The Mecklenburg Times’ Top 50 Most Influential Women, and her book, Overcoming Ordinary Obstacles, earned the American Book Fest’s Multicultural Non-Fiction award.

Her message is grounded in her journey as a first-generation Indian American woman, business owner, and breast cancer survivor. After facing her sister’s sudden death and a cancer diagnosis in the same year, she brings a powerful perspective on courage, resilience, and the consistent choices that carry us through difficult seasons.
